Is MARS 400 a pre-order?
Yes. MARS 400 is sold as a pre-order. It ships directly from China to Hong Kong and the estimated delivery is 14 days from the date of your order. You pay in full at checkout.
How much is shipping?
Shipping to Hong Kong is free. The cost of delivery is included in the price.
Do you deliver outside Hong Kong?
Not at the moment. This store delivers to addresses in Hong Kong only.
Which payment methods can I use?
You pay in full, in Hong Kong dollars (HKD), at checkout. The payment methods we accept are shown there.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, at any time before we dispatch it. Email info@feelresty.com with your order number. If we have not dispatched it yet, we cancel it and refund the full price you paid. Read the refund policy.
My order has not arrived yet. What can I do?
If your order has not arrived by the estimated date, write to info@feelresty.com with your order number. We will give you an updated delivery date, and if the delay is significant you may cancel the order and we will refund the price you paid in full.
Can I return MARS 400 if I change my mind?
Hong Kong law does not give a general right to return goods bought online because you changed your mind, and we do not currently offer returns on that basis. If a product is faulty, arrives damaged or is not as described, see the refund policy.
Warranty and support
What warranty does MARS 400 have?
MARS red light panels are covered for 3 years from delivery during normal home use. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects and is in addition to your rights under Hong Kong law. Read the warranty terms.
What should I do if my MARS 400 is faulty?
Email info@feelresty.com with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. If a covered defect occurs, we may repair the device, replace it with the same or an equivalent device, or refund you if repair or replacement is not reasonable.

About MARS 400
What is included in the box?
The box contains the MARS 400 panel, power cable, protective glasses and user manual. A separate floor stand is not included.
What is the difference between red and near infrared light?
Red light is used closer to the skin surface. Near infrared is invisible and reaches deeper. Most routines use both together.
How long should a session be?
Use one automatic 10 minute cycle per area. Start a few times per week, keep the distance described in the manual and avoid stacking extra cycles just because the panel feels easy to use.
Can I use it on my face?
Yes, with care. Keep eyes closed or use the included glasses, especially if you are light sensitive.
Who should check before using it?
Check with a qualified professional if you are pregnant, photosensitive, use photosensitizing medication, or have a relevant medical condition.
Is MARS 400 a medical device?
No. Resty MARS panels are designed for general wellness, skin-care and fitness routines. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure a condition.
How do I clean it?
Power off, unplug, and wipe with a soft dry cloth. Do not use sprays or abrasive cleaners on the LED surface.
