Pre-Ordering MARS 400: How Delivery to Hong Kong Works
MARS 400 is sold as a pre-order. You pay in full when you order and pre-orders ship in mid-November. Delivery to Hong Kong is free. This guide walks through each step, and through what happens if you cancel or something does not go to plan.
From order to delivery
- You place the order and pay in full at checkout, in Hong Kong dollars. Keep your order confirmation: you need it for support.
- Reventis Limited ships the panel directly to your address in Hong Kong.
- Pre-orders are expected to ship in mid-November.
- Delivery is free and no import duty is charged: the cost of delivery is already in the price.
- Inside the box: MARS 400 with its tabletop stand, original power accessories, protective glasses and user manual. A separate floor stand is not included.
Why it is a pre-order
MARS 400 is not kept in stock in Hong Kong, so orders are taken as pre-orders instead of being dispatched straight away. The product page says so next to the price, together with when pre-orders ship, so you know before you pay.
Who you are buying from
The Resty store for Hong Kong is operated by Reventis Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (business registration number 81303033), with its registered office at 16F, King's Commercial Centre, 25 King's Road, Tin Hau, Hong Kong. Questions about an order go to info@feelresty.com.
If you want to cancel
You can cancel at any time before the order is dispatched. Email info@feelresty.com with your order number: if the order has not been dispatched yet, it is cancelled and the full price is refunded to the payment method you used. How long your bank takes to show the refund is outside our control. The refund policy has the details.
If delivery runs late
If the panel has not been dispatched by mid-November, or does not arrive after we dispatch it, write to us. We will give you an updated date, and if the delay is significant you may cancel the order and be refunded in full.
If the panel is faulty or damaged
Email us your order number with clear photos or video of the problem. MARS panels carry a 3-year warranty during normal home use, and depending on the case we may repair the panel, replace it or refund you, as the warranty terms explain. The warranty comes on top of your rights under Hong Kong law.
What we do not offer
Under Hong Kong law there is no general right to send back an online purchase just because you changed your mind, and we do not currently offer returns for that reason. If you are not sure that MARS 400 suits your space, read who MARS 400 suits before you order.
