MARS 400 is the compact entry model of the MARS range. It measures 36 × 30 × 10 cm and weighs 2.6 kg, so it suits the face, neck and other smaller areas and fits in a flat where floor space is tight. It is not a full-body panel, and that is the point.
How big is compact?
The panel is a little larger than an A4 sheet of paper (29.7 × 21 cm) and 10 cm deep. At 2.6 kg it is easy to lift with one hand, but the weight is worth remembering if you plan to put it on a wall.
Where it fits at home
- On a desk, with the panel on its stand and you sitting in front of it.
- On a shelf or a bedside table, at a height that suits you when you sit or stand.
- On a wall mount, if the wall fixing can carry 2.6 kg.

Leave space around the panel for air, keep the vents clear and make sure the cable reaches a socket without being stretched.
What one cycle covers
One automatic 10-minute cycle covers one area at a time, such as the face or the neck. To cover another area, move the panel and run another cycle. That is a routine of focused sessions, not a single pass over the whole body.
When a larger panel may suit you better
If you want to cover a large area in one go, such as the whole back or both legs, a compact panel means several cycles and a lot of repositioning. In that case a larger panel is the more practical tool, and MARS 400 is better seen as a practical first panel.
Panel or LED mask?
You may know LED masks from beauty stores and salons. A mask is worn on the face and covers the face only. A panel is not worn: you place it, point it where you want and sit at the distance in the manual. A panel needs the glasses and a stable spot, a mask needs a comfortable fit. They are different products, and neither is a medical device.
