Resty infrared heat lamps stand on the floor beside a chair or sofa. Each lamp head carries a 275 W short-wave infrared bulb that glows red, inside a heat-resistant metal shade. Aim it at your shoulder, back or leg and you feel the output there as warmth, while you are seated or resting.
A red light panel works differently. MARS 400, in our red light panels collection, uses LEDs at 660 nm and 850 nm and is not built to warm you. Our page "Red light panel or infrared lamp?" sets all three Resty products side by side.

For warmth on one spot, the single head is enough. If you often shift the lamp between areas, the second head on its own gooseneck arm saves that step.
What both lamps share
- A height you can set between about 70 and 160 cm, a gooseneck arm that bends and a head that turns through 360 degrees
- A cross base on four swivel wheels, so you can roll the lamp to where you sit
- Temperature setting, built-in timer and display on the control box, plus a remote control
- Plug: UK-style three-pin (Type G)
- Assembly in seven steps; all parts and the assembly tools come in the box
Getting started
Set the lamp beside your seat, aim the head toward the part you want warm and keep a distance that feels comfortable; the manual suggests about 40 cm. For your first sessions, set the timer to 10 to 15 minutes. Delivery and warranty in Hong Kong
Both lamps are pre-orders. Delivery within Hong Kong is free, and they ship in mid-November. The lamps carry a 1-year warranty from delivery for defects in manufacturing or materials under normal home use; the warranty and legal notice has the terms. Questions before you order: info@feelresty.com.
